Abstract
Oyster mushrooms are one of the horticultural crops that have great potential to be developed as a source of daily nutrition and as a basic ingredient in the manufacture of medicines to treat various diseases. The most widely cultivated oyster mushroom in Indonesia is the white mushroom. By conducting a comprehensive agricultural development analysis, entrepreneurs and stakeholders can make better decisions regarding the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. Griya mushroom is a company engaged in the cultivation and processing of mushrooms that presents business opportunities. Mushrooms are an agricultural product whose demand is constantly increasing in the domestic and international markets. Griya mushrooms have the potential to become an important source of income and contribute to the development of Agriculture in the region. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions, formulate strategies, and determine the priority strategy in the mushroom business in the Mushroom House. Business development strategy is analyzed using SWOT Matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results showed that the business development strategy in the analysis using the SWOT Matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results showed that there are internal factors (7) points of strength, (5) points of weakness, and external factors (5) points of opportunity and (3) points of threat. The value obtained in Ife (Internal Factor evaluation) matrix analysis is 2.85 and Efe (External Factor Evaluation) matrix is 3.20. The results of these values show the intersection of the quadrilateral Axis II on the IE Matrix (internal external). Based on the position of Quadrant II, the strategy that can be used is the strategy of maintaining existing growth. Based on the analysis of QSPM (quantitative Strategic Planning Method) which is reinforced with SWOT Cartesian diagrams, the priority strategy includes S-O strategy. From these results the priority of the relevant strategies used is the strategy of improving the quality of mushroom products.
